- Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships
- Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies for FMCG roles
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and challenges
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Salary: R950K/yr - R800/yr, salary negotiable
