Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective changeAre you someone who can:Accurately assess, investigate and manage long-term insurance claims including death, disability (lumpsum disability, income protection, PHI) and critical illness claimsEnsure that all risks are mitigated and escalated, this includes the identification of fraudulent activityand non-disclosureProvide effective, efficient and professional service to all our customers, advisors and branches, bothtelephonically and through written correspondenceTake ownership of queries and ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively.Deal with complaints, including disputes from the Office of the Long-Term OmbudsmanHas retail underwritten claims experience specifically for permanent disability claims and critical illness also assisting with groups scheme UMM.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Have at least 2 years’ medical claims assessment experienceHave worked in a Long-term insurance environmentYou can be a match if you have:Have experience in dealing with Ombudsman / escalated queriesHave a suitable medical qualification (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or a Biokineticist)Apply now!
