SHOPFLOOR QUALITY INSPECTOR (Global Manufacturing)

• Complete inspection and quality documentation
• Liaise with Production and other relevant departments regarding quality defects.
• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and codes.
• Verify correct assembly of components and sub-assemblies.
• Ensure that work instructions and procedures are followed during manufacturing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance quality and efficiency in production.
• Assist in training production staff on quality control processes and procedures to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
• Conduct testing and analysis of materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding recurring quality issues and recommend solutions / corrective action.
• Conduct a thorough final inspection of the finished products.
• Confirm that the products meet all quality and safety standards before release.
• Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
• Provide feedback to the engineering and production teams for continuous improvement.

• Matric or equivalent
• Quality Management or related field qualification
• Certifications in quality control and inspection
• 3-5 Years proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing | material handling | automotive environment
• Proven knowledge of quality control standards and techniques

• Familiarity with ISO

• Assertiveness, self-motivated and show initiative, accurate, and able to organize.

• Experience in technical quality inspection essential
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
