Digital Brand Manager - SandtonFull job descriptionAbout us:A leading African marketing and infant brand distribution agency with huge ambitions to grow locally and internationally on the hunt for a growth-minded individual who can work in a passionate and collaborative office environment.About the Role: Digital Brand ManagerThe position is for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can complement our workforce and driver new customer acquisition across digital mediums. You will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns, while managing digital presence across all products. Subsequent to launching digital campaigns, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels, provide in-depth reporting and utilise strategic thinking to create optimisation plans.Digital Brand Manager Job Responsibilities:Digital Strategy: Develop a digital marketing strategy by tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Digital Marketing: Plan and execute all web, SEO, Adwords, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Experience with Klaviyo/Mail Chimp & automated mailer systems required.Social Media: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Work alongside marketing assistant to oversee social media channelsWebsite Management:§ Ecommerce website: Manage our ecommerce websites. Update website content and liaise with international brand regarding website development§ Manage content website as well as Artemis Brands website using CMS systemReporting: Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goalsTrend Analysis: Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Digital Brand Manager Qualifications/Skills:Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateDesign skills and ability to create digital content for social media, newsletters, and website, product photography and or Videography skills advantageousCreating and maintaining supplier relationshipsCoaching and subordinate involvementManaging processesSupport the marketing manager with new product launches & competitor researchLiaise with international brands and manage digital approval processSelf-motivated and consumer focusedEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketing in FMCGDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, Adwords, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, Klaviyo or Mail chimpDesign skills. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (own software & laptop advantageous), WordPress, ShopifyWebsite management skills; Magento, Shopify & WordpressProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerpointReporting and understanding of YouTube AnalyticsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO Optimiser etc.)Experience in use of ad serving toolsExperience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesCommunity management using Sprout SocialInterest in the baby category advantageousWe’re looking for someone to start immediately, so there can be a handover period.Position is Full-time and based in our office in Sandton Johannesburg.CTC R20-R30KJob Type: Full-timePay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per monthEducation:Bachelors (Required)Experience:Brand management: 3 years (Required)Adobe Photoshop: 5 years (Required)
