Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator for International Design and Architectural Firm based in Cape TownAn international Company based in Cape Town is looking for a Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator to join their team.The Candidates position would mainly be office with very limited travelling to site.Offices are based in Cape Town, great team and office environment with excellent mentors!Requirements:· Degree and/or Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design and/or Architecture· Project Managers with at least 5-10 years experience ability to understand Interior and architectural design· Candidates from the design and architectural industry would be preferred· Proficiency in MS ProjectsJob Description:· Project planning· Project coordination· Project administration· Attending Project meetings and briefings· Liaising with clients and design teams· Liaising with international suppliers· Procurement of project materials, fabrics, furniture, etc.· Working closely with Interior Designers and Architects· Very diverse roleSalary: R55 000 Gross to R75 000 Gross, depending on the Candidates current salary, skills, experience, qualifications, etc..Degree and/or Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design and/or Architecture· Project Managers with at least 5-10 years experience ability to understand Interior and architectural design· Candidates from the design and architectural industry would be preferred· Proficiency in MS Projects
