Business Analyst: Telecommunications Processes

• Analyze current business processes related to telecommunications tower operations, including site acquisition, construction, maintenance, and leasing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and functional specifications related to telecommunications tower operations.
• Perform functional testing to ensure that business processes operate as expected and meet user requirements.
• Document test results, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop comprehensive business process models, workflows, test cases and documentation to illustrate current and proposed processes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry, preferably with a focus on tower operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
• Experience with Jira essential
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
