Our Client is recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to service clients in the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Assembly and deployment of PCs and Point of Sale (POS) equipment
  • Installation and setup of software, including IIS and SQL Server
  • Handling repairs and providing quotes for PCs and touchscreens
  • Addressing printer malfunctions and repairs
  • Preparation for deals and installation, ensuring readiness
  • Providing remote assistance to customers and field support personnel
  • Establishing cash registers, POS equipment, and customer databases
  • Configuration and implementation of LAN networks
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Configuring and setting up POS devices
Requirements:Valid Drivers LicenseExperience in POS Systems installations or similar essential
