- Familiarity with agricultural processing equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with equipment installation and maintenance
- Experience with safety compliance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Provide regular reports on equipment performance and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize equipment performance and address maintenance needs
