Closing Date: 2024-05-19Job Type: ContractJob Level: SeniorExperience: Between 5 - 7 YearsEE/AA: NoSummaryOur client is looking for an Unified Endpoint Management Solutions Architect to join their team of professionals.Long term contract up to end of December 2026 with the possibility for renewal.Based in Pretoria Rosslyn / Menlyn / Midrand and home office on a rotational basis.DescriptionThe Unified Endpoint Management team develops and operates global platforms of applications and services to manage corporate devices (endpoints).You will be responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems, and related components.Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams.Assists with defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production).Understand and monitor impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments and continuously work on improving the operational stability.Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics.Interact with an international product team, vendors and customers.Minimum RequirementsExperience in the following is required:VMWare Workspace One (UEM and Access)Microsoft IntuneAt least one OS /device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux)MS Technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPOScripting (PowerShell, Bash)Apple technologies which includes Device enrollment process and App notarizationExposure to troubleshooting infrastructure, network and integration issuesExperience with ITIL ProcessesExperience with technical documentation and standard operating proceduresA university degree or diploma in a relevant field of study and a minimum of 5 years related experience.
