Project Engineer

• Generating proposals and reports
• Liaison with the different internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of project plans
• Complete technical surveys
• Managing and facilitating various projects
• Monitoring projects budgets, schedules, plans, and reporting on the project's status.
• Understanding of applicable procedures, policies, standards, and best practices in line with the company's QMS system
• Compilation of technical reports / proposals
• Performing process capability studies
• Conduct time / work studies
• Facility layout and design
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

• Senior Certificate - Matric with maths (Not maths Lit)
• Diploma / Degree in Project engineering / Project Management / Industrial engineering
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• 2 -5 Years' experience in a similar role
• Reliable transport
• Reliable, highly motivated, and confident attitude
• To be able to perform well under pressure, must possess a high stress tolerance
• Well organised
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Must be willing to carry out tasks outside of job description.
• Goal Orientated
• Must have excellent time management skills
