Our client in the Business Support Consulting and Management industry is currently looking for a Solution Sales Executive, in Waterfront, Cape Town.Responsibilities:
  • Required to sell Arize Products to a primarily Corporate Market.
  • Required to be completely up to date on BBBEE legislation and the various Charters and should always remain current.
  • Present confidently to large audiences as well as to individuals (Presentation Skills)
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pipeline and status of each client and provide information to Head of Sales and other relevant internal divisions.
  • Keep Salesforce.com up to date on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Attend weekly and monthly internal meetings to provide feedback and update on pipeline.
  • Spend time developing and maintaining a Channel, these are typically BEE consultants, Accountants etc.
  • Be aggressive in sales and make at least 40 new sales calls per week.
  • Achieve the meeting target as set out by the target agenda.
  • Travel both locally (Gauteng) and nationally to pursue clients.
  • Maintain relationships with all their clients and this means at least one meeting per quarter.
  • Complete all proposals to prospective clients themselves, assistance may be gleaned from Directors and Proposal Writers from time to time.
  • Follow the pricing guidelines as set out per Arize product from year to year. No discounting or variance on delivery may be offered to clients without management’s approval.
  • Attending, completing, and passing (Pracex’s, Exercises and examinations included) the Academy Product Map training.
  • Will be required to travel to other regions from time to time to conduct workshops, presentations, or potential sales.
  • Will be required to attend and pass all sales courses conducted and facilitated by the organization.
  • Man, exhibition stands from time to time, including weekends, public holidays and after hours.
  • Ensure all sales calls do not clash with the sales meeting held weekly.
  • Assist other Solutions Architects from time to time with going to meetings if the other Solutions Architect cannot make the meeting.
  • Contact MFC (Middle Finger Club) potential clients monthly through value-add communication.
Requirements:
  • A Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Commerce preferential.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in external sales.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in solutions sales.
  • Strong experience in group facilitation and boardroom presentations is an inherent requirement of the role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience using a CRM system.
  • Proven ability to learn vast quantities of material in a short period of time.
  • Creative and strategic ability in developing solutions for clients.
Remuneration:
  • R20 000 – R35 000 per month.
