The company focuses on urban apartment living in the Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl of Cape Town.The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue & Technology Manager to oversee and enhance the revenue generation processes across our growing portfolio. This role is a unique blend of technological savvy and client relationship management, critical in driving our success.Key Responsibilities:● Manage all aspects of revenue for company’s expanding portfolio.
● Directly liaise with property owners, ensuring seamless communication and comprehensive reporting.
● Utilise and optimize leading hospitality distribution channels, with a strong focus on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
● Champion the integration and application of cutting-edge technology and automation to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
● Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders plan on the horizon, the company is poised to redefine hospitality management.Ideal Candidate:● Passionate about technology and innovation in the hospitality sector.
● Proven track record in managing revenue streams within the hospitality industry.
● Strong familiarity with major hospitality distribution channels and platforms. ● Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining client (owner) relationships.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality or related industry.
● Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and managing hospitality distribution channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
● Proficiency in the latest technology solutions used in the hospitality sector, including property management systems, revenue management software, and customer relationship management tools.Desirable Skills:● Experience with data analytics and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
● Knowledge of digital marketing and online reputation management.
● Multilingual abilities are a plus, given the international nature of the hospitality industry.!Key Skills:● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, revenue data, and financial reports to make informed decisions and strategies.
● Technical Proficiency: Adept at using software and technology for revenue management and operational efficiency. Comfortable with adopting new technologies.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including property owners and corporate management.
● Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management skills.
● Customer Focus: A commitment to outstanding guest experience and owner satisfaction, with an ability to balance guest needs with business objectives.
● Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
