- Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage risk effectively.
- Design and implement road infrastructure projects, including pavement and geotechnical assessment and quality construction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide pavement design and materials advisory services to external parties.
- Actively participate in relevant functional working groups for pavements.
