The position of the Senior Business Analyst is at a reputable and multi-award winning insurance company with years of experience and dominance in a extremely competitive market. The role's duties include being responsible for bridging the gap between across the business value chain, conducting impact assessments, identifying business requirements, and assessing and recommending outcomes.Education:

Matric with excellent English results
Business Analyst certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or relevant Information Systems qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 6 years working experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis.
Agile/Waterfall/Scrum knowledge
Working understanding of JIRA or similar case management system
Product Owner experience
Good facilitation skills in joint application design (JAD)
