To qualify for this position, you require: Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. 5 - 8 years proven experience as a Talent Manager. 1 - 2 years of experience in the management of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advantage will be given to candidates with experience in the management of talent acquisition. The duties expected of the successful applicant are as follows but not limited to: Talent acquisition strategies that include employee sourcing, attraction, recruitment, selection as well as onboarding. Implement the required processes to ensure retention, motivation of competent, committed and engaged employees. Management of internal communication and employee brand awareness. Performance management and the productivity of employees. Psychometric Assessments. Data analysis. Wellness and morale of engaged employees and teams. The development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, career growth development strategies, tools and resources.
