- Deliver expert legal support and guidance.
- Craft and conduct technical legal training sessions.
- Engage in high-level networking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage semi-legal and contractual documentation.
- Oversee debt collection processes within the business segment.
- Engage in litigation and legal projects as necessary.
- Offer legal opinions and commentary on pertinent legislation.
- Drive legal risk management initiatives through training and proactive measures.
- Promote legal understanding and compliance within the designated area.Requirements:
- Possess an LLB Degree.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Admitted attorney status would be a plus.
- An Advanced Postgraduate Diploma is considered advantageous.
- Proven track record in debt collection.
