Job Summary HR Manager Area Kyalami Key responsibilities: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Manage the HR department. Ensure daily HR reports are sent. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Performance management Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee productivity, engagement, and development. Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements. Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to gather wage data, analyse payroll reports, and make recommendations regarding compensation adjustments. Minimum requirements : The individual must possess robust analytical skills, as there is a significant requirement for analysing numerical data. Valid driver's license & own transport Bachelors degree in Human resources / Industrial Psychology or industrial relations,3 years + full time working experience as Hr Manager Good communications skills, formal authority, integrity as well as leadership skills,Candidate will need to travel to Tzaneen monthly for a few days.
