Internal Sales (Pumps) - Gauteng

• Purchasing of components for the assembly of pumps.
• Selling of spare parts and maintaining all stock levels in stores.
• Service the needs of the company's existing clients and respond to new sales enquiries.
• Generation and follow up process of quotations and placing orders at suppliers.
• Manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services.

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications are desirable along with suitable industry experience and application knowledge.

• Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and components of pumps.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems.
