Assistant Financial Controller

• Providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the business plan and departmental budgets
• Maximizing cash flow performance of the business
• Enforcing & establishing adequate controls for all revenues and protection of assets to improve the level of service
• Monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Examining daily costing reports
• Examining and approving all payroll hiring, status changes and terminations
• Ensuring that all keys control and issuance procedures are correctly applied and adhered to
• Recommending to the area office improvements in accounting and internal control
• Attending and contributing to all training sessions

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting (completed)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the above duties (advantageous)
• Hospitality/Hotel industry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Background in SOPs
• Strong leadership skills
