,Large national professional firm based in Umhlanga is looking for a Business Support Specialist to join their team.This candidate will support EXCO in ensuring the firm's daily operations are efficient and Effective. This role focuses on the meticulous management of operational and administrative functions, to ensure the smooth running of the firm's respective offices nationally.Responsibilities include overseeing building management, staff administration, compliance, and office support services. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who excels in managing administrative tasks and identifying and supporting the firm’s operational requirements.Job Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma
Previous experience in legal and professional compliance at operational level
3 yrs exp in Office Management - support and administration
3yrs exp in management of Admin Staff
Previous exp in Building Management
