They are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team, focusing on the administration and enhancement of the 4Me platform. This role promises exposure to advanced IT operations and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the maintenance and improvement of system integrity and user experience.The Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our client's 4Me instance. This includes managing system setups, integrations, and API interactions, ensuring robust configuration management and database health, and facilitating continuous improvement efforts across the system's landscape.Responsibilities

Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the 4Me platform, ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate with IT teams and business units to develop and maintain system integrations and data management protocols.
Manage user access control and system security parameters to safeguard data integrity.
Implement process enhancements and automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Provide essential training and support to system users, promoting best practices and efficient use of the platform.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT system administration, with a preference for backgrounds in ITSM platforms.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and web services.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and system management best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
