Plennegy (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1955 and is both a trading and holding company with its core business being related to agriculture and property investments. Together with its associated companies, the group develops, produces and distributes seed, as well as supplies farming equipment, fuel and vehicles to the agricultural and retail industries.RESPONSIBILITIES:1.1. Administrative Tasks·Assist the accountable Manager.·Responsible for the filing in the department (Job Card Numbering, Work –pack, etc.)·Organise stationery for the department.·Assist with the aircraft logbook entries.·Send CA 43-02 to the relevant CAA department.·Organise the renewal of Certificate of Airworthiness.·Organise the renewal of Radio Licence.·Send monthly fuel consumption for each aircraft.·Send monthly charge out for oil/Oxygen etc.·Send monthly landing fees for crop spraying company and Ad-hoc aircrafts.·Assist with OHS documents and compliance.·Prepare all invoices for signature, allocate the relevant GL code, and send to Plennegy administration.1.2. Logistic Tasks·Assist the accountable manager in parts procurement and follow up all PO request.·Organise transport/ collection of the goods.·Receive all goods, control the documentation, and follow up the invoicing.·Liaise with Suppliers.·Stock management: Control entries, allocation in the stock, requisitions.·Monthly Stock update on computer.·Organise annual inventory.·Assist with Charge out.·Manage Aircraft First Aid Kit.REQUIREMENTS:EducationMin: MatricIdeal: Diploma in AdministrationLegal RequirementsMin: Code 8 driver’s licenseTraining Min:Computer Literate with competence in MS ExcelExperience2 years experience in the running of Aviation Administration
