- Strong ability to understand technical dependencies and enterprise setup on a global scale
- Responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems, and related components.
- Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams
- Assists with defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production).
- Understands and monitors impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments and continuously works on improving the operational stability
- Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics
- Interact with an international product team, external providers, vendors and customers.
- Treat security as a first-class citizen
- Work closely with stakeholders, development teams in constantly improving our Endpoint Management platforms stability and availability
- Work with other IT teams on integration of new features and components
