- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and strategic goals.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and engaged pool of potential candidates.
- Employ marketing techniques to enhance the visibility of job opportunities and the organization within the talent market.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and alignment with the job requirements.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process from presenting profiles to client right through successful onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and changes in the job market.
- Provide market insights to clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with other Talent Consultants and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and resources.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate and client database.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, placement ratios, and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Build and enhance the company's brand as an employer of choice.
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree: Social Sciences/HR Management/Business Management/Industrial Psychology would be advantageous.
- 2-5 years solid recruitment experience within an external agency environment with a solid track record of success in identifying and attracting talent to fulfil immediate business needs.
- End-to-end candidate management experience, from sourcing to offer.
- Project Management experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance.
- Experienced in competency-based interviewing techniques essential.
- Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Ability to influence and negotiate desired outcomes.
- A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement.
- Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines and scope.
- Strong skills in MS Office packages including Work, Excel and Outlook.
- Outstanding attention to detail - Strong time management and organisational skills and attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines and sensitive projects.
- Experience with the following: Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruit, Pnet, Careers24, Careers Junction, Skype, Google Meet (Gmeet), Zoom, MS Teams, Google Drive: Drive, Doc, Excel, Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
