Job DescriptionOur client a well-established, national Wholesaler and Distributor of premium cycling brands to the South African Cycling Market is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their management team and oversee/manage the entire SA operation.Head office is based in Gqeberha.If you are a CYCLING FANATIC, looking for an exciting career opportunity, then this position could be for you!National travelling is required.Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Valid Driver's License with own transport
MS Office Literate
Min 3yrs management experience in a managerial role in a similar industry
Cycling / Mountain Biking enthusiast would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient day to day running of the business
Training and daily supervision and management of staff nationally
Daily feedback on objectives achieved and operations
Provide clear objectives to both office and sales team
Create and manage monthly sales targets
Assist with Sales and Customer Support
Assist Sales Team with necessary product information and feedback on queries
Oversee and plan event participation at Expo's, Races, Dealer training and product activations
Identify market trends and provide input/suggestions on operational changes
Collect and report competitor information
Compile and implement sales and promotional plan
Manage customer complaints
Compile monthly sales reports
