EXPERIENCEGrade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)A relevant B degree with major in Industrial / Employee Relations (Essential)Advanced Diploma in Industrial / Employee Relations (Advantageous)Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law (Advantageous)1 - 3 years experience in providing ER support and advice (Essential)Knowledge and experience in HR processes (Essential)HR Administration knowledge (Essential)Exposure to the CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils (Advantageous)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*SAQA Accredited Equivalent - It is the onus of the applicant to provide TIH andits subsidiaries with certified evidence that their qualification(s) meet theequivalent NQF level required for this role at time of application.
