Preferably completed at a small to Medium Accounting/Auditing Firm.Requirements:Grade 12B.Acc, BCom Accounting, B.Compt or equivalent degreeCompleted articles with a medium / small firm preferred2 years post SAIPA articles experienceWorking knowledge of CaseWare, Excel and WordKnowledge of accounting systems (Pastel, Sage, Xero)Driver's license and own transport.Duties include, but are not limited to:Writing up of more complex accounting records of clients on Pastel and XeroReview monthly bookkeeping / VAT of SAIPA TraineesReconcile Debtors and Creditors on a monthly basis and provide training for SAIPA Trainees to reconcile Debtors and CreditorsResponsible for calculating VAT, PAYE and other necessary SARS requirements on a monthly basisPreparation and Review of management accounts.Manage and supervise SAIPA staff to achieve set goalsProvide daily assistance, guidance and training with regards to bookkeeping, related taxes and SARS submissions to SAIPA TraineesPreparing accounting work relating to annual financial statementsPreparation and Review of financial statements.Performing independent reviews.Preparation and Review of tax returns.Reviewing work done by supervised staff before partner review, where applicableImplementation / evaluation of internal controls.Client interaction and relations.Please send comprehensive CV to info@j2eplacements.co.za and quote HSAIPASTELL as subject when sending CV.
