- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyse market data to identify potential areas for business expansion and product/service enhancement.
- Advise and consult with companies on their broader HR challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a Human Capital Management consulting role with strong focus on Business Development
- Strong competence in Human Resources and Human Capital Management or related fields such as Rewards, Talent Management, organisational design
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
