- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement an engaging social media strategy aligned with our brand and marketing objectives
- Identify new opportunities and recommend innovative ways to leverage social media for brand awareness, lead generation, sales, and customer engagement
- Create and curate compelling, on-brand content (image and video experience is a plus, written copy is a requirement) for various social media platforms, planning and executing strategic content calendars
- Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and direct messages across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries and complaints and escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, leads, conversions, etc) using Meta’s suite of analytics tools
- Identify trends and insights and conduct competitive analysis to optimize our content strategy and maximize the impact of our social media efforts
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and content alignment
- Present social media performance reports and recommendations to the Marketing Team regularly
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or Content Creator
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc)
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for social media and digital marketing
- Ability to understand our target audiences and to connect and communicate with them appropriately and effectively in their respective voices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a great company culture
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
- Ability to create visual and video content is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., HootSuite, Brandwatch, Later) is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives is a plus
- Prior travel experience and demonstrated interest in exploring new destinations is a plus
