- Job Description: The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and recommending solutions to enhance business processes within the insurance industry. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation of projects.

- Ensure successful implementation of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
- Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
