Exposure to employment and labour law, and administrative law will be an advantage. The nature of the litigation experience in these practice areas must be indicated in the applicant's CV. The candidate will be supervised by a director and must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in teams. Standard Associate duties and responsibilities will apply. Demonstrate proficiency in drafting pleadings, affidavits and heads of argument.QualificationsBachelor's degree in law. Admitted attorney. (Good Academic results are required - please attached academic transcripts with application)SkillsAt least one year's post-admission experience. Litigation experience with exposure to employment and labour law, and administrative law will be an advantage. Strong analytical skills.
