Job Summary • Minimum requirement is a National Diploma in Safety Management or related field. • B Tech or Degree is preferable • Strong knowledge of the Industry Regulations and Standards. • At least 5 years of SHE management experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience in SHE management systems. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety programs • Good project and task management skills. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Proficiency in computer applications. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. • A practical hands-on approach with the ability to analyse, problem-solve and take corrective action.
