- Lead the implementation process of the company's cloud-based cost management application for clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to gather requirements and customize the application according to client needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify integration requirements and potential challenges.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, including data migration strategies, system configurations, and user access management.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and training videos, to support client onboarding and user adoption.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for clients, both onsite and remotely, to ensure effective utilization of the cost management application.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions or concerns and facilitating continuous learning and skill development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and training process, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements based on client feedback and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.
- Proven experience in implementing and training on cloud-based applications, preferably in the field of cost management or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and drive projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering engaging training sessions, both onsite and remotely.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
