FIRST LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER FOR TELCO REQUIRED To respond to customer inquiries and technical support tickets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technicalsupport tickets. Willing to work rotational shifts, requires excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Afrikaans. Basic knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software is beneficial.
