- Manage and configure the APM solution, with a focus on Dynatrace
- Develop strategic plans to enhance monitoring capabilities and align with organizational goals
- Implement and oversee application monitoring using Dynatrace
- Provide user training and ongoing support to empower teams
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met within the Dynatrace environment**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Dynatrace AppMon, Managed, and SaaS
- Experience with CI/CD automation and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in development tools such as Java, Apache WebServer, and SQL
- Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices**Skills Needed:**
