- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how our solutions can add value to their business.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, activities, and sales performance.
- Forecast sales and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats within the market.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the office automation or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of office automation technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
