- Ensure global payment procedures processes are adhered to in line with SLA’s
- Accountable for global P2P function
- Lead and mentor team
- Manage processing of supplier invoices, adherence to payment terms and manage disputes
- Prepare and present KPIs in relation to P2P
- Collaborate on projects
- Provide input for internal and external audits
- Accountable for trade creditors and statement reconciliations
- Promote process improvements and compliance across business
- Own delivery of transactional services for group
- Take ownership for team's adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including regular performance reporting
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role (leadership and procure to pay experience)
- Strong team management experience (team size of 10 to 15+)
- BPO / SSC experience preferred
- Multi-currency or multi country experience
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong experience of undergoing or leading process changes and improvements
- Attention to detail
- Excellent ability to articulate complex problems across business
- Proficient in MS packages
- Strong analytical skills
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Team player
