Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) - GautengFull job descriptionOur client is an impact-driven fintech company based in the UK, with a mission to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their finances. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to establish an in-house marketing function aimed at driving end-to-end sales enablement. You will be instrumental in developing and executing the marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will focus on acquiring new customers, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility within the employee benefits sector.This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and demand generation campaigns to drive new customer acquisition , pipeline growth, and brand awarenessEstablish a thought-leadership, content-driven approach to accelerate lead generation and solidify the company’s position as a market leaderDesign and implement sales enablement initiatives to enhance sales velocity, conversion rates, and overall deal closureCreate and optimize and nurture customer engagement programs to support lead generation, customer retention and upselling effortsManage and optimize the marketing budget and technology stack to achieve growth targets and operational efficienciesDefine and measure key performance metrics to track progress against objectives and inform data-driven decision-making processesSkills, Experience & RequirementsProven experience in designing and executing B2B marketing strategies targeting SMEs and large corporate marketsDemonstrated success in building pipeline growth and increasing brand awareness, particularly within startup or scale-up environmentsExpertise in developing high-quality thought leadership-driven content to drive demand generationStrong proficiency in building multimedia sales enablement resources to support sales effortsExperience in executing marketing initiativesExceptional communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver presentations at a senior levelExcellent attention to detail and project management skillsResults-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingOutstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholders , and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindsetLoad SheddingApplicants must be able to ensure they can maintain internet and power during office hours.Job Type: Full-timePay: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):What is your current/previous monthly salary?
