Paarl, Western Cape. This person will be responsible for clients in all coastal regions and must be willing to travel independently.3. Position Summary:
Christopher Finance is looking for a dynamic and commercially experienced individual to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for the creation of funding opportunities for Christopher Finance by means of effective and professional client relationships, analysing and understanding the attorney RAF claim cases and assistance in the resolving of queries on the funding of the cases. The incumbent would also need to provide training to external clients on the Christopher Finance web-based product system (Synaps). Training would be done via various platforms: In person, Teams, Zoom webinars etc. This position will be in a fast-paced environment and will need to be highly organized with attention to detail and available to travel. As a leading member of the coastal team, you need to be able to do the following:
  • Identify new potential high value Business clients,
  • Have sales discussions with senior partners or directors of attorney firms and explain the finance product to them.
  • Drive the application process by analyzing the attorney firm in terms of operational abilities, claim succession history and pipeline potential,
  • Be able to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Successful contracting with the firm within the required timeframe,
  • Manage the relationships with new and existing clients,
  • To conduct the sales pitch on Christopher Finance products under the umbrella of the Christopher Group.
4. Job Type:
Full-Time employee.5. Key Responsibilities:

5.3. Focus area 3: Client Analysis Tasks.
5.4. Focus area 4: Client & staff training responsibilities.
5.5. Focus area 5: Coordinator & Stakeholders Management.
5.6. Management of assisting staff.6. General:
6.1. The position will report to the Sales Director: Christopher Group.
6.2. Any other general tasks needed by management.7. Qualifications & experience
An individual with a highly successful track record in a commercial sales environment.
Experience in RAF and Medical Negligence environment would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate need to have excellent communication, administrative skills, and be willing to be target driven.
A commercial or law qualification would be an advantage but not a requirement.8. Personal Attributes & Skills:

10.1 Possibility of Sale Incentives dependant on candidate entry level.
