- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Manage and motivate a team of both internal and external sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the commercial transportation industry.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or experience working with commercial drivers is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within South Africa as needed.
