- Research and development of operational plans to address the numerous infrastructural and economic issues faced by commercial farmers
- Lead and motivate support staff to develop a high-performance culture
- Oversee activities relating to the operations of the Infrastructure and Trade Committee of the organisation to ensure desired results consistent with the overall strategy of the company
- Manage engagements and communication between our affiliated members and the activities of this functional committee to ensure adequate support to these members.
- Engage and build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders
- A National Senior Certificate or higher.
- A formal relevant qualification or sufficient employment experience in any or some of the following fields will be an advantage. Law, engineering, project management, agriculture and/or the commercial aspects, relevant to small, medium and large-scale commercial farming enterprises
- Must have problem solving and analytical skills.
- An appropriate degree or diploma or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial position is required
- A Code B drivers' license
- Own vehicle required
