- Lead and coordinate machine operators and stakeholders in the production process.
- Prepare materials for manufacturing and oversee their usage in accordance with quality standards and specific work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with ITAF16949:2016 standards.
- Plan and prioritize daily production activities.
- Manage staff effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Matric / Grade 12 Senior certificate.
- Post-Matric qualification in Production Management (added advantage).
- Advanced Injection Moulding setting qualification and/or NQF4 supervisory qualification.
- 5 years experience in an Injection Moulding manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in planning, staff management, and productivity optimization.
