Durban - KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaOur client is a leading organization in the FMCG space has a fantastic offering for an SAP Finance and Accounting Solutions Specialist. They provide a dynamic work environment with a 12-month contract, potential for extension, and a hybrid working model. Two consultant positions are available, with one based in Johannesburg and the other requiring travel to the KZN region. Join this esteemed organization for an enriching career experience.Job scope:Our client is currently busy with a large strategic business and IT transformation and part of this roadmap includes the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Private Cloud.This role is to be the Solutions Specialist for the Finance and Accounting Stream throughout the lifecycle of the programme and into the Solution Delivery Function within Group IT.

Proactively and holistically designs and delivers and supports all Finance and Accounting Stream activities that lead to the development and management of a portfolio of Finance and Accounting solutions that replace the current legacy application.
Provides the necessary leadership, analysis, architectural, integration, and design insights to actively support the development of the Finance technology solutions in SAP S4 HANA.

Qualifications and experience:

IT Diploma or degree
Minimum 8 years SAP Finance and Accounting implementations or Support
Knowledge and experience with using SAP Solman
Knowledge and experience of FICO, AP/AR, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting
Understanding of project development lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology
Testing of a full integrated solution in an SAP project
