Minimum requirements:
- Law degree from reputable university
- Admitted attorney in South Africa in good standing with the LPC
- Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law
- 3 years of relevant experience in a midlevel role
- Running with matters without undue oversight, but always with the support of other members of the
- Drafting of letters of demand
- Filing and management of South African trade mark oppositions; and handling foreign dispute matters with correspondent attorneys
- Attending to advisory work in relation to trade marks, copyright, domain names, company name
- Drafting and review of IP-related agreements
