FreeRADIUS specialist

• Design, deploy, and maintain FreeRADIUS solutions to authenticate and authorize network users.
• Develop custom modules and extensions to extend the functionality of FreeRADIUS as per client requirements.
• Configure and optimize FreeRADIUS servers for optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and accounting in FreeRADIUS deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FreeRADIUS with existing network infrastructure and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in FreeRADIUS and network security to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with FreeRADIUS in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of RADIUS protocols and authentication methods.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl for automation and customization tasks.
• Experience with LDAP, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for user authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies such as DHCP, VLANs, and 802.1X.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
