Red Ember is recruiting for a Senior Digital Project lead to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of digital strategies to drive organizational growth and efficiency.Supporting and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, fostering a culture of responsible entrepreneurship, and providing essential support for entrepreneurs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse existing business processes for digital improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear business requirements for digital projects.
  • Lead selection and implementation of digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Utilise data analysis to provide insights and optimize digital processes.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
  • 5 – 8 years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools.
