- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appearance to enhance the customer experience.
- Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs for the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product ordering to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor product pricing, promotions, and markdowns to optimize sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and morale among staff.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, such as sales revenue, profit margins, and expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and control costs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the store.
- Implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and advertising campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing teams or agencies to develop local marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to engage with customers and promote store events or offers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the tyre industry or automotive sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and retail management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tyre products, brands, and industry trends is advantageous.
