Brand Executive

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
• Min 6 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Furniture manufacturing/FMCG experience a strong advantage.

• Identify new business/sales opportunities.
• Grow current customer sales targets.
• Measure and achieve brand objectives.
• Develop a brand strategy and roll out to customers.
• Grow brand awareness within the industry.
• Increase customer acquisition.
• Implement and maintain customer satisfaction score survey.
• Monitor and report on:

• consumer brand consciousness;
• customer buying behaviour and trends.
• Develop, design and implement new brand concepts.
• Create new customer relationships and maintain current relationships.

• Conduct activities to communicate the business value proposition to the customers.
• Conduct research to identify consumer trends.
• Conduct the customer loyalty plans.
• Examine the market trends to improve the offline marketing activities.
• Execute the brand campaigns.
• Generate customer awareness.
• Implement:

• activities to deliver a consistent customer experience;
• alternate market research channels;
• innovation offerings to drive higher customer loyalty;
• brand communication plans;
• brand plans.
• Maintain the customer retention programmes.
• Manage:

• effectiveness of branding and customer loyalty programmes;
• product quality, design and brand alignment;
• input requirements to ensure product delivery.
• Predict emerging market needs.
• Conduct opposition activity surveillance.
