- Solid working knowledge of Opera PMS
- Computer literate in MS Office with intermediate to advanced experience on Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain hotel and OTA parity
- Assisting the sales and reservations teams
- Knowledgeable on forecasting and budgets
