This individual will be expected to perform account payable duties, co-ordinate supply chain requirements and ensure traceability of existing, incoming and outgoing items on ERP system.1. Position Duties:a) Procurementb) Planning of material and consumable requirementsc) Co-ordinate supply chain requirements (supplier -> designated location/warehouse -> designated location/technician)d) Stock Control: Ensuring traceability and accountability of inventory items and company assets.e) Generating and processing picking lists in accordance with workbooks (Bill of materials)2. Position Requirements:a) Matric (Grade 12) with five years’ experience in related field or,b) Relevant tertiary education with two years’ experience in related fieldc) Drivers Licence and own transportd) Advance computer skillse) Good and accurate communicatorf) Presentableg) Attention to detailh) Inquisitive and proactivei) Experience working on an ERP system.3.
